How to Translate?
1. Upload Document
Please click on 'Free Translation' and upload the document you need to translate on the translation page. We support multiple document formats.
2. Select Language
Please select the original language and the target language you want to translate to. You can also try adding a terminology library to optimize the translation (this feature is in experimental stage).
3. Start Translation
Please click on 'Start Translation'. The translation process may take a few minutes, and you do not need to keep the page waiting. We will notify you by email when it is completed.

Supported document formats?
Currently supported formats: .pdf, .json, .docx, .xlsx, .pptx, .epub, .po, .txt, .srt, .html, .zip. You can translate documents from different scenarios such as papers, e-books, study abroad application forms, foreign trade orders, movie subtitles, game localization, etc.
How to price?
Our main costs are system maintenance (server, development, and operation costs) and GPT interface fees. We will make price adjustments based on actual circumstances (such as different prices for different versions of GPT) and charge the minimum fee to maintain system operation. The current base price is 8 points (approximately 1 USD) for translating 20,000 words (GPT3.5 Token).
Can it be translated for free?
You can enjoy free translation in the following cases: 1. In order to let you preview the translation effect before payment, we will translate the first part of the document for free (about 1000 characters); 2. We will issue promotional codes from time to time, which can be exchanged for translation points. You can join our Discord to get the latest news.
Why not choose free machine translation?
You can choose free machine translation, but in our experience, natural language models (such as GPT) can better understand the context of the document, making their translation effect better than most machine translations. In addition, we have done a lot of document translation optimizations (such as OCR recognition in PDF translation), which is very useful in certain situations.

How long can translated files be saved?
You can check the translated documents in the 'Personal Center-History'. Currently, we will permanently save the fully translated documents for paid versions, while the free preview versions will only be saved for 1 month.
